 Industry Type : EV, Solar & Battery OEM.  Division : Battery & EV Mfg.  Department : R&D.  Role : Senior Hardware Testing and Data validation Engineer  Reporting To : Head of the Department ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:   Involved in Testing and Production of Battery management system (BMS).  Involved in Battery pack string connections and battery pack design.  Battery communication testing and battery pack test conditions(protections) testing like over voltage and under voltage pack level and cell level cut-off testing ,temperature management testing like under and over temperature testing and over charging current and over discharge current testing  EV-BSS (Battery Swapping Station) Testing: Testing the CAN communication protocol (CAN BUS Analyzer) between the master and slaves and also checked the Battery status using BMS and also monitoring the battery’s Voltage report, current report, SOC report and slot report, etc... By used cloud based IoT from control room.  EV-IoT Device Testing: In this project the IoT devise was installed in EV-Vehicle itself and whenever EV-Vehicle starts then the IoT device continually collect the GPS location and it will update in to the server  BMS Monitoring: Checking the LFP/NMC Battery condition are state-of-charge (SOC) estimation, state-of-health (SOH) monitoring, cell balancing, and thermal management to maximize battery performance by using BMS Monitoring software.  Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that define the scope and objectives testing.  Create test case and test scenarios based on hardware specifications and requirements.  Monitor test progress, record test results, and verify that hardware meets predefined criteria.  CAN, UART, and RS-485 communication testing.  Work with cross-functional teams, including firmware developers and quality assurance, to ensure a cohesive product development process.

PROJECT DETAILS: Project Name: Intelligent Transport System This project is developed based on a MICROCHIP-based processor interfaced with GPS, GSM Technology, serial communication, RS485, RS232 communication, and AUDIO ANNOUNCEMENT. The intention of this project is to send the data to the display boards for displaying the route information and to announce the route information using GPS data. RESPONSIBILITIES: Involved in Testing and Production of Intelligent Transport system. Understanding the circuit and Testing Manually. Hardware testing of PIS display board. Operating system (OS) uploading in SD cards by using of Raspberry pai for application. Develop and implement system and board level test plant with hardware. Supervision of Production &Servicing.

Project Name: SOLAR POWER PLANT, ROOFTOPS, AND PUMPSETS INSTALLATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to project planning for the site. Work as I&C Solar Power project Electrical erection for solar power plant as per the site location & desired Drawing Ensuring that all site activities are carried out as per technical specification Erection of control room like DC wiring, AC wiring, DCDB, ACDB, Power conditional unit, Battery bank Installation, and cable trying routing as per the site location & desired drawing Meeting and Co-Ordination with government officials on regular basis regarding new projects and updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to project planning for the site. Work as I&C Solar Power project Electrical erection for solar power plant as per the site location & desired Drawing. Ensuring that all site activities are carried out as per technical specification i.e. Plant of ON Grid OR OFF Grid both. Erection of control room like DC wiring, AC wiring, DCDB, ACDB, Power conditional unit, Battery bank Installation, and cable trying routing as per the site location & desired drawing. Meeting and Co-Ordination with government officials on regular basis regarding new projects and updates. Documentation of site clearance documents contact with NREDCAP Office.
