I’ve always believed that great manufacturing is not just about machines and processes — it’s about people, precision, and purpose. I believe learning never stops. My strong engineering fundamentals allow me to adapt quickly, navigate across different technologies, and solve complex challenges in unfamiliar domains. Whether it’s mastering a new manufacturing process, integrating emerging technologies, or refining an existing system, I see every day as an opportunity to learn, improve, and innovate. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading complex, high-stakes manufacturing projects in Lithium-Ion Cell manufacturing and FMCG, taking ideas from concept to fully operational lines. Whether it’s scaling up a new technology, optimizing a process for efficiency, or integrating cutting-edge equipment, my focus is simple: deliver safely, deliver right, deliver on time. My technical toolkit runs deep — from designing PFDs and P&IDs, conducting HAZOP and HAZID studies, and selecting and sizing equipment, to overseeing FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and line qualification. But technical skill alone isn’t enough. The real impact comes from building and leading high-performance teams that take ownership, solve problems together, and continuously push the standard higher. I work best at the intersection of technology, operations, and teamwork — bridging the gap between design and reality, ensuring every system is not only technically sound but also ready for day-to-day production demands.
