Worked on the Loan Intake & Validation platform, building MISMO-compliant microservices to process and validate large mortgage application files. Designed REST APIs, validation workflows, and a lightweight Angular dashboard to support underwriters and compliance officers. Implemented secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions using Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL), improving processing speed, audit readiness, and system reliability during high-volume loan submissions. Additionally, leveraged Python for data-centric and automation workloads, including preprocessing and validating large MISMO XML/JSON files, building utility scripts for schema validation, rule reconciliation, and exception analysis, and generating audit and reconciliation reports for compliance teams. Developed Python-based batch jobs and lightweight services to support data transformations, Kafka message inspection, and operational analytics, reducing manual investigation time during peak loan processing cycles. Developed integration workflows using Apache Camel to orchestrate service communication, perform data transformations, and apply Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs) for routing and exception handling. Automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, deployed containerized services on GCP GKE, and configured monitoring with ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure performance, observability, and resilience across distributed environments.

Worked on developing a unified platform for the commercial card program that replaced fragmented legacy systems and manual processes. Designed and built backend services for onboarding, transactions, statements, and disputes, while collaborating closely with business and compliance teams to define workflows and ensure regulatory alignment. Implemented scalable, cloud-ready solutions that automated statement generation, streamlined dispute handling, and enabled near real-time reporting, reducing onboarding timelines, cutting processing cycles, and significantly improving the overall user experience. In addition, utilized Python for data processing, reconciliation, and automation tasks, including building scripts and batch jobs to validate transaction feeds, reconcile statement data across systems, and generate operational and compliance reports. Leveraged Python utilities to analyze dispute trends, support exception handling, and assist in data quality checks, improving reporting accuracy and reducing manual effort for operations and finance teams.

At T. Rowe Price, I worked on modernizing legacy financial applications into agile, microservices-based systems. This shift helped the company respond faster to market needs while making reporting tools more reliable and user-friendly. I built services and dashboards that allowed analysts and managers to track financial data in real time, moving away from slow, batch-heavy processes. This transformation not only improved performance but also gave teams better tools to make informed investment decisions.

I worked on the modernization of the Claims Processing and Provider Self-Service Platform, which was originally built on legacy monolithic systems that processed claims in overnight batches, offered limited visibility to providers, and incurred high infrastructure costs. The goal of the project was to deliver a cloud-native, real-time, and secure platform that could handle millions of Medicare and commercial claims daily, reduce processing times, and provide interactive insights to business users and healthcare providers.
