As part of the HR Council, drove strategies for leadership development, Compensation & Benefits, Business Group HR, HR services, business group organization development/capability, workforce planning, retention, employee communications. Several break-thru programs implemented strategically focusing on new initiatives like Regional & World class Sourcing, Strategic Hiring, Turbo Sites, business ramps, services regionalization, controls infrastructure, international recruiting.
