Leading fintech and digital transformation projects across MEA for banks, exchanges and enterprises covering Check Processing (scanning/sorting), MICR printing, digital onboarding, e-signature , virtual assistant and payment kiosks, alongside industrail printing and mobility solutions. Parallelly I manage integrated marketing strategies and lead Globalis's participation at GITEX Global and Seamless in collaboration with global tech leaders to strengthen brand visibility, build new alliances and market expansion. Additionally, I created the employee handbook and vendor‑compliance documentation including agreements, contracts, SOW and policies.

• Stakeholder Analysis in South Asia: Mapping and SWOT analysis of Stakeholders and identify opportunities for collaborations • Arsenic Knowledge Network: Prepared a compendium of abstracts, developed framework of network charter, ToR for working groups, content for web and White paper on Arsenic Contamination in India • WASH Sector in Jharkhand – A scoping study for overall status of watsan sector, existing policies and gaps, sector coordination, key players and programs on WASH, role of NGOs, CBOs etc • Understanding Climate Change and Water Security – Conducted Capacity Building Workshops for Panchayat Raj members and officials of Rural Development Department, Andhra Pradesh; generated reports, training material in English and Telugu and content for blogs and e-learning.
