* Onboarding: - Handling Onboarding and Preparing Joiners' Data and activating in OSI One (HRIS) and initiating the BGV. * Preparing and releasing the detailed offer letters and appointment letters. * Giving support to the Payroll Inputs. * Processing and Maintaining Trackers of statutory compliance (PF Registrations and GMC). * Processing Payments for vendors, Vendor registration, Invoice Verification, and follow-up with Finance and Vendor Management. * Exit formalities: - Taking Confirmations from respective RMs, Exit Interviews, and sending exit confirmation Emails, Checking Clearance, Inputs for FFS, generating the Relieving, Experience Letters, Issuing Documents attaching in OSI One, and maintaining the F&F Tracking. * OSI One Management (HRIS): - Maintaining employee data on OSI One and Regular Updates.

*Handling employee joining formalities and Induction. *Processing and Maintaining Trackers of statutory compliance. *Giving support to the Payroll Inputs. *Attendance Management & Leave management. *Implement the new Corporate policies. *Regularly monitor employees' bio-metric attendance. *Taking care of exit formalities for relieving employees. *Handling recruitment and selection process. *Coordinating with team members and other departments regarding the recruitment and selection of candidates. *Counsel and resolve staff issues for the smooth functioning of the institution. *Update employee's records. *Performing job evaluations and job analysis. *Preparing job descriptions and issues for the newly joined and updating employee records from respective reporting officials.

*On-Boarding:- Handling Onboarding and Preparing Joiners' Data and Activating in DARWIN Box (HRIS) *End-To-End Background Verification (BGV). *Processing Payments of all vendors (Vendor registration, Invoice Verification, Preparing IOUs, follow-up with Finance and Vendors Management. *F&F Process:- Checking Clearance, Inputs for FFS, Generating the Relieving Letters and Issuing, Documents Attachment in Darwin Box, and Maintaining the F&F Tracking. *GRA:- Maintaining General Release Agreement (GRA) Status and Co-ordinating with the site HRs *Procurement/IOU:- Procuring of New Joiners Kits and Co-ordinating with the site HRs regarding stock balance *Payroll:- Relocations Check’s Verification, Documentation and Maintaining Track’s. *Darwin Box Management (HRIS):- Maintaining employee data on DARWIN Box, Help Desk Revamp & others *Employee Engagement
