I am a pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging professional with more than 19 years of experience working in GMP and cGMP regulated oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing environments across Bangladesh, UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. My background includes extensive hands-on experience with EU-standard pharmaceutical equipment such as NOACK, Uhlmann, CAM, Korsch, IMA, MG2, and HOONGA, supporting blister packaging, cartoning, tablet compression, and capsule filling operations. I have worked in high-volume, quality-driven production settings where accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are critical. I have strong EU GMP awareness with practical experience supporting audit readiness, data integrity (ALCOA+ principles), SOP compliance, line clearance, format changeovers, in-process quality checks, and accurate batch manufacturing and packaging documentation (BMR/BPR). I am comfortable working in shift-based environments and collaborating closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. Previously, I have held senior responsibilities including supervising packaging operations, supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and training junior staff on GMP standards, documentation practices, and workplace safety. My experience also includes working with a US FDA-approved pharmaceutical manufacturer, reinforcing a strong quality and compliance mindset.
