 Sourced candidates, presented to hiring manager, conducted phone interview, scheduled interview (MS Outlook), and administered testing procedures for all qualified candidates  Worked with recruiting manager and account executives to understand specific needs of available positions and candidates  Conducted new hire orientation for selected candidates and ensured compliance with all employment paperwork.  Created job postings on external websites like monster, craigslist and updated requisitions on the applicant tracking system.  Created, maintained, and presented pipelines of applicable candidates to Senior Recruiters responsible for specific requisitions.  Processed reference checks, criminal background and drug checks for hired employees.  Maintained all electronic and paper employee information, assist employees and public with personnel information.  Audited files on a regular basis and ensure documents are complete at all times.  Prepared candidate correspondence including information packages, offer letters, acceptance letters and rejection letters in accordance with company guidelines.  Prepared weekly open position status report in Excel format. Maintained an applicant flow and hire log for all open positions.  Coordinated payroll processing for all contract employees.  Provided responsive and proactive customer service to hiring managers.  Provided administrative support.
