My second Master's degree in Corporate Management is completed. Currently, I am doing my German B1 course and will start my B2 level soon. I completed the Full Stack Python Django Course to improve my technical and programming abilities. MBA in HR & Finance is my first Master's degree and I have overall 8 years of experience in various fields such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Analyst, Regional Talent Acquisition / HR Manager, Talent Acquisition HR Manager, and Public Relations Officer. Passionate, result-oriented personality with a very good experience in planning and directing areas of Human Resources that include recruitment, onboarding process, the management or HR policies, employee relations, retention, training, safety, customer services, public interaction, HRIS, conflicts, grievance, employment law, etc. Having participated in numerous team-building activities in previous jobs, I am confident in my ability to contribute to and grow as part of a team.
