Duties/Responsibilities: Management of total operations of a busy Crown Post Office, specifically Management of 20 staff including Branch Assistant Manager Responsibility for the operation of the ATM machine Encouraging staff to promote up selling of normal mail parcels to Express Mail Products Responsibility of Express Mail Products for the 18 offices in the Region Assisting Sales Capability Manager to manage the Express Mail specialists in the area Promoting the image and corporate values of the Royal mail at all times Acting as Regional Peripatetic Manager to ensure branches in the region remain open in times of sickness, absence and other resourcing problems

Duties/Responsibilities: Deputising for Branch Manager in busy Crown Post Office, specifically: Effective Management of 23 staff members Coaching and training staff to reach their full potential Total responsibility for sales of premium products within the branch Motivating staff team to sell premium products such as, upgrading first class letters to special delivery, selling travel currency and savings products for Post Office and NS &I Providing exceptional customer service to all branch customers

Duties/Responsibilities: Collection of internal mail pouches and cheque bags from numerous Santander branches Setting and unsetting branch alarms Maintaining security of branch keys Deputising for Shift Manager in his absence Maintaining maximum security of all collected cheques and internal mail

Duties/Responsibilities: Checking quality of mail by carrying out quarterly sampling of different mail streams for accuracy Monitoring the recording of mail centre traffic on a daily basis using Mail Information Software (MIST) Collating results and feeding back to management team Operating to strict company policies and procedures
