Involved in Mumbai Metro Rail PK-4 Tunneling from Dharavi to Worli

Successfully handled complex tunneling operations during Bangalore Metro Phase 1, navigating major challenges such as heterogeneous geology, high groundwater inflows, and dense urban constraints. Ensured safe and efficient TBM operations through continuous monitoring, precise face pressure control, and adaptive ground support techniques. Played a key role in managing tool wear in abrasive strata, utility diversions, and settlement control, all while maintaining coordination with multiple stakeholders in a restricted metropolitan environment.

Executed assembly and commissioning of Double Shield Gripper TBM of 8 meters along with successful erection of a segment casting yard featuring a carousel system.

Led site execution for MTBM operations under direct coordination with the Project Manager, including complete site setup, jacking frame installation, and procurement planning. Operated and troubleshot Herrenknecht AVN machines ranging from AVN 800 to AVN 3000 across various control systems (SPS, FCE, UNS, HWL), with successful completion of 500-meter single-stretch drives. Possess complete knowledge in assembling, disassembling, and upsizing AVN machines (including EPB 2000 to EPB 3000 conversions). Well-versed in working with separation plants and experienced in diverse geological conditions including hard rock (white marble, black stone), boulders, sand, and clay. Provided hands-on training to mechanics, technicians, and trainee operators, while ensuring compliance with international safety standards across projects in the Middle East.
