Project Description: In the post-COVID-19 era, proactively detecting and eliminating harmful microbes is of paramount importance. After conducting investigations, the findings are shared with the WHO, followed by immediate isolation and containment measures. The MTD application automates the detection, isolation, and containment of microbes before they can evolve into deadly viruses. Pega App Studio has been used to facilitate real-time requirements gathering and playback for customers. The process involves capturing data through UI pages, managing investigation cases, creating MTAS cases for WHO reporting, and handling isolation and containment cases. Additionally, complex business rules have been implemented to evaluate microbial threat levels and trigger necessary investigations. Roles and Responsibilities: • Utilized Pega GenAI Blueprint to accelerate the requirements gathering process, enabling efficient identification of key case workflows, data objects, and personas. • Worked on App Studio to facilitate Business-IT collaboration via requirements workshops • Creating report definitions for investigation cases to provide management insights • Captured requirements for role-based access control (RBAC) for security and access management • Defined separate portal requirements for Research Specialists and Research Managers • Configured Pega Knowledge Buddy Widget and utilized GenAI Connect shapes

Project Description: HRMS is a suite of Pega applications designed to manage Employee Hiring, Onboarding, and Leave Management operations. These applications help Bluevoir train interns and new hires in best practices for configuring Pega applications, focusing on areas such as Case design, data modeling, security and access control configurations (RBAC), reporting configurations, and UI/UX design.
