To involve in the day to day operational activities of Clinical Operations. Regular Meetings with Doctors (Clinicians & Surgeons). Set up of new Clinical departments and new doctors. Management of OP hours in align with all the Clinical HOD’s. Direct involvement in OT Management. To implement and follow the demands from various departments for consumption as well as sales as per the decision of respective authorized bodies like CAPEX committee, Image Enhancement Committee and Ops Committee. Active indulgence and initiation in purchases and transactions related to Capex, Operational, Pharmacy ,OT, Printing and Stationary, Maintenance & Plumbing, Electrical, Uniforms, Housekeeping, IT and involved in day-to-day activities related to procurement. Key link in the HMIS approval process. Review Timely the Utility Ration of each equipment department-wise. Review and monitor timely the Targetted Revenue achievement of each departments of the hospital. Leads the Proc.Committee which finalizes all the project, capex related purchases with the budget. Timely Review and update the DTC of the hospital. Key Role in Budget Analysis and Forecast.

After take-over of SUT Hospital by BR SHETTY GROUP based out of Dubai, I was given the responsibility of structuring and streamlining the Procurement Department, along with Store and Pharmacy. New projects like ICU, OT and other renovation projects were completed in time.

Ensuring timely placing of orders and availability. Receiving sample. Rate Negotiation. Pricing Policies- Fixing the MRP. Ensuring new varieties, trends, patterns etc. Settlement of suppliers payouts. Settlement of Client disputes.

Procurement of raw materials to the manufacturing concern both blanks and the consumables. Maintaining friendly and healthy relations with the suppliers. Ensure timely placing of orders and supply. Preparation of the statements of the creditors. Settlement of the payments to the vendors. Quality checking and timely intimation about the inferior quality if any to the suppliers. Procurement of the glass designing &etching materials for the trading unit. Introducing of new products to the market. Feed back of the customers on the materials supplied. Listening to the clients queries and complaints. Involved in the decision making policies of the company at the top level. A team member in the Top level management. Key role in Pricing Policies. Product Training to new recruiters. Overall administration of the firm. Reporting to the Managing Director.
