Director of Operations, OZ3 - Baltimore, MD. Leads all facets of enterprise for the daily execution of network scale 3PL fulfillment operation across the United States. MKE1 – Kenosha, WI. Responsible for the daily production, flow and health of all outbound process paths. Trained, staffed, and maintained outbound problem solve teams in three departments with focus on mitigating customer shipment misses. Identified and eliminated waste in operational process paths with focus on increasing rates and decreasing takt times. Operational Planning, staffing and execution 21day plan volume goals while balancing labor costs. Responsible for up to 5 managers and 1000 associates during operational shifts.

MKE1 - Kenosha, WI. Managed Amazon Fulfillment Engine process path, responsible for planning and achieving daily production goals. Staffed, trained, and managed 140+ associates on day to day basis.
