Prepared detailed interim payment applications (IPA) and interim payment certificates (IPC) for multiple residential towers, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments. Coordinated with project engineers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and validate measurement submissions. Monitored subcontractor billing against client certifications to maintain financial accuracy and project cost control. Generated monthly billing reports and reconciliations to track project financial status and cash flow management.

Rejuvenation of Amani shah Nallah including Area Development @ Jaipur, EPC Project, Design & Build and Commissioning of all Works including Sewer Networking, Canal lining, STP’s, WTP’s, Road Works, Culverts, Landscaping, Masonry Retaining Wall, paving, Lighting, benching, Area Development. Commissioning of Sewerage Collection and Conveyance System in Pendurthi area including Construction and Commissioning of Wastewater Treatment Plant and Tertiary Treatment of output capacity of 46 MLD on Open Technology @ Vishakhapatnam, EPC project, Design & Built & Testing @ Commissioning including Sewage networking, Pipe Laying, Manholes erection, Road Works, House Connections, Chambers, Testing and Commissioning.

Worked in HO Tender Department and Site as a Quantity Surveyor: Mahindra-2A, Residential Buildings, (G+7 Floors), Total of 5 Buildings. Reviewed drawings and contract conditions for preparation of client bills. Managed standard quantities related to the project and prepared bill of quantities and sub-contract bills. Scrutinized and submitted concrete and rebar reconciliations. Prepared costing sheets and estimates to arrive at cost and sales prices, as well as reports.

Worked as a GET at Site: Estimated the quantity of raw materials, labour and equipment, electricity, etc., required for the project. Established & monitored construction work schedules to ensure completion as per quality & safety standards. Worked closely with the materials department for procurement of materials.
