- The post graduate year project - Managed and executed a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for charity's project - Planned and organised an event to raise awareness and encourage the crowd to support the project - Built awareness and got connected with potential supporters through different social media channels as well as created creative contents to engage them

- Helping the sales team to improve productivity by contacting customers to update orders and ensuring sales representatives have up-to-date support materials. - Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages and answering customer queries when sale representative is unavailable - Collaborating with other departments to ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements - Preparing and verifying all documents that necessary to do custom clearance
