 Developed and Maintain Loss Reserve Forecasting Model to gauge operational Losses on 10 million+ loan servicing portfolio.  Monitor the effectiveness of the forecasting models in use and update model parameters with trends and business decisions.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and sufficiency to estimate claims & loss analysis reserve rates. As a subject matter expert in the current role, conceptualized controls over process gaps in compliance with the audit requests and worked alongside business units for their remediation. As a SOX control owner participated in the 3rd party auditing and provided information & data requests for audit/risk & compliance.  Formulate SAS and SQL based solutions to draw correlation between macro-economic variables and their impact on portfolio performance.  Create and maintain SQL server objects (tables, stored procedures, triggers etc.) to facilitate reserve analysis.  Perform conditional analysis at different unit levels and estimate their impact on reserves.  Develop root cause analysis and various required QC reports to monitor reserve trends and identify anomalies.  Perform ETL using SSIS on forecast data to make it available for data cube upload.  Document various business processes and technical solutions.  Analyze various organizational summary reports using SQL and provide streamline analysis.
