Responsible for tracking internal and external ECNs. Auditing all the departments(Electronics. , Mechanical, Software and Firmware) at regular intervals. Responsible for reviewing voice of customer and ensuring all specifications are considered during design and development of the product. Responsible for verifying all the technical documents of product to ensure customer specifications are met. Responsible for ensuring all tests are carried out as per customer requirement. Responsible for ensuring all the certifications related to product. Responsible for product sign-off from proto type to mass production.

Responsible for In-process quality and Customer quality for medical, defense and aerospace products(Customers are: Rafael, Thales). Understanding custo. er requirements and establishing work instructions and product control plan for defense and aerospace assemblies. Participate in PFMEA activities. Review drawing and process documents during initial release and change. Develop check sheeta for critical assembly stages and ensure adherence. Interacting with customers on weekly/monthly calls to update product quality details. Validate and finalize the PCBA process parameters during NPI. Monitor and ensure PCBA special processes like SMT, X-ray,Selective soldering, Testing, Gluing, Potting and Conformal coating operations. Validate setup approvalduring change over and resume production. Coordinate with customer during source inspection and FAI. Responsible for FAI approval from customer and converting the product to mass production. Monitoring End to End yield on daily basis and inviting CFT members for rejection analysis. Driving CFT members to take appropriate CAPA and reduce line rejections. Conduct source inspection and FAI on behalf of customer. Responsible for handling customer returns(RMA) in terms of repair support and ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence. Verifying all NPI documents released into system and ensure all customer CTQs conveyed to internal documents ts for NPI products during build.. Preparation of monthly performance reports including KPIs for management review. 8D report preparation for each complaint and submitting to customer. Co duct daily ESD audit in workstations and ensure all ESD precautions are in place. Conduct process and product audit in regular intervals.
