Main Project: $40M Residential Property Development, Ringwood – Private Developer A cluster of 5 buildings with a total of 160 apartments situated on a sloped and heavily vegetated site in Ringwood. - Managed the project from early design development stages through key milestones within target dates to planning within scheduled VCAT hearing dates and budgeted completion dates; including developing a concise work breakdown for all staff and key consultants involved, chairing meetings, overseeing staff progress and leading development, presenting work to stakeholders, directors and advisors. - Took the project from Gate 2 to gate 4, including feasibility, understanding the design constraints, developing the project and appointing (as well as assessing the findings) a team of consultants to carry out relevant field testing.
