-Lead and support the firm’s Land Advisors in the origination and execution of land brokerage transactions across the Saunders ecosystem. -Collaborate with regional leadership to drive consistency in service delivery, advisor performance, and operational excellence. -Assist in the acquisition, management, and disposition of land assets nationwide through professional land management, traditional brokerage, and auction services. -Provide strategic guidance to advisors on transaction strategy to maximize client outcomes. -Support the continued growth and expansion of the firm’s land and auction platform through active business development and leadership.

-Professional Farm Manager, Real Estate Broker, and Auctioneer -Providing Professional Farm Management, Brokerage, and Auction services to clients across the Midwest -Developing, implementing, and supervising short and long term plans for client's farmland assets -Communicating effectively with clients, prospects, farm operators, vendors, and professionals within the industry

-Assists with product recommendations for the department, communicating current programs to member cooperatives, receiving/processing orders, and assisting with pricing of equipment. -Assists with price quotes for grain systems and bulk seed facilities -Provided knowledge in resolving supply and product performance problems, warranty claims, field investigations when necessary, and negotiating settlements. -Assists with supporting member companies with service bulletins and assists in troubleshooting problems and making recommendation, identifying and expediting needed parts. -Assists the Grain System Managers in developing and implementing training curriculum.

At Illinois Soybean Association I worked closely with different contractors on our membership efforts through Illinois Soybean Growers. Some of my responsibilities include membership recruitment of producers as well as agri-businesses, representing ISA and ISG at different events, learning the different aspects of the ag industry such as transportation, markets, communication, and marketing.

As a student of Illinois State University I was able to become involved in many different clubs and organizations allowing me to take on leadership positions and learn about what school had to offer to prepare me for a future career.
