-Automated 50lb bag retrieval task by designing a standalone system in Solidworks utilizing pneumatic suction, actuators, solenoid valves, and stepper motors to lower manufacturing operation costs -Modified existing equipment to reflect costumer needs and ensured goals were met -Designed new component fixtures on existing products to customer specifications and provided revised drawings -Created and tested a simple and dependable solution to fulfill a customer requested task

-Developed and tested a foot actuated over center spring mechanism to secure cutting deck in place during transport to prevent high impact loads and premature wear on bearings. Created drawings and bill of material for mechanism assembly. -Designed a new low-cost anti-scalp roller in Creo to increase durability and eliminate any unwanted noises during cutting operation, testing various wheel materials, bearings, and geometries for best performance. -Worked with Test Engineering to determine cause of resonance issues within cutting deck at high blade tip cutting speeds. Helped in development of report within Ncode to visualize vibration data using FFT plots.

-Evaluated the Smap 3D P&ID program for utilization in piping schematics -Leveraging Smap 3D, individually created standard product design templates for Chart to transition away from Vizio -Maintained and built a symbol library as an evergreen location for assets to be managed; located in the program of Smap 3D, this library allowed stakeholders to align specialty program efficiencies for product parts -Held and owned weekly meetings with stakeholders of the Smap 3D program to identify current status of project, align expectations, and work with on-point engineers to understand what was needed to optimize the program -Created a bill of material for projects on a rotating need; including piping, valves, and vaporizers

-Trained to solely operate all machining equipment and provide consistent service maintenance for effective machine performance -Successfully executed well-detailed landscaping designs to promote ideal placement of sod, sown grass, flowers and foliage to meet client expectation of longevity and care

-Maintenance on-site heavy machinery to ensure all equipment operated efficiently and safely -Responsible for maintaining farm property landscaping, machine shed, and 100+ acres of farming fields

During my time at the University of Minnesota, I've thrived in Mechanical Engineering while leading AIAA Alphadrone projects as Captain, and serving as UMN Copterclub's Copresident. These roles have honed leadership, financial management, and project skills. Additionally, I've embraced campus life through Ski and Snowboard Club and Outdoor Club memberships, fostering connections with peers who share my interests.
