My role was to support the team working the pre-sale and post-sale operations for the Hibu Social product. My team is responsible for Quality Assurance for Social clients and is responsible for publishing paid ad campaigns to Facebook and Instagram. Post-sale, my team finds and posts content to the client’s Facebook and Twitter pages to keep the client's Facebook page active and relevant.
