- Management and monitoring of new projects, ensuring cost reduction and quality improvement (PMBOK). - Leadership of meetings with clients to define new product requirements. - Technical support during the industrialization phase, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. - Coordination of project development, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality. - Application of quality tools (FMEA, Design Review, Pre-Concept Study).

- Development and implementation of new products, ensuring quality, cost, and deadlines. - Creation of manufacturing processes, ergonomic studies, and flowcharts for production optimization. - Analysis and improvement of assembly cell efficiency, focusing on automation and streamlining. - Participation in FMEA and economic feasibility studies for new products. - Investment management and budget optimization for new business opportunities.

- Coordination of activities to reduce failures and breakdowns in production. - Monitoring and controlling internal expenses, focusing on cost reduction. - Management of critical production items and human resources development. - Planning of preventive maintenance for equipment and tooling. - Production scheduling, ensuring quality, productivity, and goal achievement.

- Strategic production management, participating in business definitions and continuous improvements. - Monitoring efficiency indicators, cost control, and product performance. - Supervising Industrial Engineering, directing activities, and analyzing results. - Developing and planning Human Resources, training teams, and interns. - Optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity. - Representing the company to customers and suppliers, identifying new market opportunities.

- Developing and Implementing the Preventive Maintenance Program aimed at reducing the production-influencing index factors, covering all textile equipment in the production process. - Coordinating the Maintenance team, managing outsourced labor, and department costs, and developing Equipment Rehabilitation projects.

- Developing, Coordinating, and Executing the Master Maintenance Program in the Printing area, managing the Preventive and Predictive maintenance programs for equipment through the maintenance process. - Conducting Retrofitting studies for equipment aimed at Continuous Improvement of Work Methods, Productivity, Quality, and Cost Efficiency. - Identifying and defining the need for machine purchases in the industrial area and tools/machines for the department, analyzing technical feasibility studies, and evaluating, in collaboration with other departments and management, the purchase/investment and/or improvements to existing machines. - Assisting in the Reduction of Production Indices (downtime, Die Set, Backlog, etc.), which influence production. - Coordinating interventions on machines and equipment for Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Inspections, generating reports on all downtime due to Corrective, Preventive, or Predictive reasons. - Training and Coordinating Teams of Mechanics/Electricians to perform pre-determined tasks in the Master Schedule, according to the Weeks of the Year, Component Lifespan, and Equipment History.
