Hey there! I am Lalith Souri, an IT professional with over 3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, hands on experience in managing, delivering efficient and adaptable solutions. Skilled in Microsoft 365, and programming languages including C++, Python, and JavaScript, with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies. In my current job at Government of Saskatchewan as a configuration analyst, I conduct analysis of integrated business systems/applications to identify options based on business requirements and directly configure and test system applications accordingly. I also collaborate with users, business analysts, and subject matter experts to analyze and evaluate a system’s capabilities and/or requirements (ITD developers/programmers) as needed. I frequently perform user level system administration configuration for out of the box software applications, and document/test software bugs or defects. I possess profound knowledge on relational database concepts, theories, and principles; programming concepts and languages; and an assigned system’s data and modelling structure, in order to input and test configuration changes. This goes beyond configuring desktop applications such as MS Access; configuring Discoverer report parameters to pull information; or creating SharePoint sites to share documents and information.
