Armed with a Master's degree in Mineral Engineering from IIT (Indian School of Mines) and a Bachelor's in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from NIT Durgapur, I have recently embarked on a journey as Manager at Mesco Gold Cambodia Pvt Ltd. My core competencies lie in process operations, thermodynamic modeling, and manpower handling, skills that I've honed and applied effectively in the mining industry. At Mesco Gold Cambodia, my team and I managed the successful commissioning of a 200 TPD Gold Processing Plant, facilitating the hiring of key technical staff while ensuring operational excellence. Previously, as Associate Manager at Hindustan Zinc, I championed a digitalization project and lean initiatives, achieving significant savings and improved zinc recovery.
