Sourab Agarwal

Hi, I’m Sourab Agarwal, one of the first people in India to get a government license to make and sell cannabis-based medicines like capsules, oils, and herbal products for wellness and health care. I started HempCann Solutions, India’s first homegrown cannabis medicine company, to bring natural, science-backed healing to people. Through Vedi Herbals, we promote chemical-free, organic, and vegan wellness products inspired by Ayurveda and the tribal knowledge of Odisha. I also lead Shivam Condev, one of Eastern India’s top infrastructure companies. We build roads, bridges, and public projects across states. For me, both companies are about access, one connects people through strong infrastructure, and the other connects them to nature’s healing power. I studied Management with a focus on Finance at the University of Nottingham, UK, and later followed my passion for hemp by also completing a course in Industrial Hemp from Oregon State University. At present, I lead a 60-member team at HempCann and over 1,800 team members at Shivam Condev. I’m proud to work with people who care about doing meaningful work. My goal is to build a wellness movement that not only helps people feel better but also respects nature and uplifts communities.
