I led the development of a SaaS platform that lets call centers create no-code/low-code AI voice agents. It uses LLMs, RAG, and telecom APIs to automate both incoming and outgoing calls. I delivered a modular full-stack system deployed on Vercel, with a FastAPI backend and a Next.js frontend. Non-technical users can build smart call workflows for sectors like BPO, healthcare, and banking. I designed a drag-and-drop editor to create automated call flows with conditions, actions to external tools, and escalation to a human agent. I improved the agents’ accuracy by adding knowledge-based conversations using FAQs/documents stored in a vector database (Chroma/FAISS), reducing hallucinations. I built two creation modes: a simple FAQ-based mode and an advanced custom mode, with secure integration of Retell AI, VAPI, and ElevenLabs APIs for real-time speech-to-text and text-to-speech. I also built FastAPI services with RBAC using JWT, Prisma migrations, async call handling, and secure API key management. Finally, I delivered a metrics dashboard showing active agents, call logs, and escalation rates, with filters, search, and real-time updates for call center supervisors.

Developed LinkedU, a web application for managing final-year projects in universities and higher education schools. The platform allows students and supervisors to track project progress, chat in real time, and access past reports. It also includes an AI feature that analyzes uploaded reports and suggests possible jury questions. Built with React JS, Laravel.

Built a coworking space booking system that lets users reserve desks, meeting rooms, and shared spaces. Admins can manage availability, schedules, and user bookings through a clean dashboard, making the whole process fast and organized.

Built an IT asset management system that tracks company devices, maintenance, incidents, and users. It provides an easy dashboard for inventory and equipment status, making IT management more organized and efficient.
