With over two decades of experience in education, I currently serve as a Curriculum Senior Specialist in the Education Improvement Division at the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK). My role focuses on the design, review, and maintenance of curriculum programs, ensuring alignment across private educational institutions under ADEK's governance. I am skilled in curriculum assessment, coaching and mentoring, and product development, with a mission to enhance the quality of education through collaborative and evidence-based practices. Alongside my role at ADEK, I serve as an IBDP content developer and consultant, creating and reviewing mathematics microlearning materials for the International Baccalaureate (IB). My involvement as an IB Mathematics examiner and NEASC accreditation team member reflects my commitment to fostering academic excellence. Through these roles, I aim to empower educators and institutions by supporting robust program development and quality assurance.
