Alongside my other role, I am working as Contracts Lead for the Hallett 245MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project — a major utility-scale battery development supporting EnergyAustralia’s transition to firmed renewables. In this role, I provide commercial and contractual leadership across the project lifecycle, drawing on extensive experience delivering large-scale energy and infrastructure projects as a Project Manager and Head of Projects. This dual perspective enables pragmatic, delivery-informed contract administration while maintaining strong protection of owner entitlement. Key focus areas include: - Commercial and contractual governance of EPC/EPCM work packages for a ~$130M utility-scale BESS project - Assessment and management of payment claims, variations and commercial risk, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and timeframes - Early identification and mitigation of claims exposure, with a strong emphasis on dispute avoidance - Drafting, review and management of formal contractual correspondence and registers - Acting as a commercial advisor to the Project Director, balancing entitlement protection with constructability, schedule and site execution realities - Close collaboration with Legal, Insurance, Procurement and Project Controls teams to support robust commercial decision-making This role builds on a career spent on both sides of the delivery–commercial interface, enabling contract decisions that are commercially rigorous, operationally grounded and aligned with long-term asset performance.

Lead Senior Project Manager responsible for a $200M/year portfolio of generation and energy infrastructure projects. • Managed a portfolio of brownfield projects across six generation assets including upgrades and outages, negotiate/manage different contracting models (EPC, EPCM, and D&C) from owner project management perspective • Provided strategic input and functional assurance to major development projects, supporting feasibility, execution readiness, and alignment with portfolio objectives • Provided leadership and management of external EPCM contracts for solar, EV infrastructure upgrades, and large-scale solar installation projects while ensuring alignment with client objectives from an EPC contractor perspective. Achievements: - Contributed to the design, construction, and operation of two 1 kW prototype and 100 kW pilot waste heat recovery units ($2.8M) - Uplifted the efficiency of the system by 5% through design optimisation Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing construction, commissioning, and modification projects • Develop feasibility studies of modular and skid mounted waste heat recovery units and geothermal power plants within the range of 200 kW to 50 MW • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and tenders for power plant, oil & gas, chemical, and water treatment clients • Prepare P&ID, plant and piping layout, and general arrangement of modular and skid mounted plants with AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant 3D • Design and sizing plant’s main components such as air coolers and heat exchangers with Aspen HYSYS and HTFS, as well as pumps and valves • Managing HAZOP meetings and prepare SOPs and Risk Assessments

Achievements: - Completion of basic and detail detailed design of two EPC projects: Sirri Island Gas Compressor Station (total project value of $95 M) and Saveh Gas Compressor Station (total project value of $170 M) - Saved ~2% of piping cost by optimising the overall layout and system design Responsibilities: • Responsible for preparation of process models, P&IDs, layouts and process data sheets for plant equipment, as well as conducting required calculations • Coordinate the design process between all disciplines to obtain client approvals • Guide the design and preparation of piping layout of the plant and skid mounted gas separation, processing, and pressure regulation units • Prepare equipment bid packages, tendering and evaluation of vendor proposals • Lead a team of 3 process engineers

Achievements: - Completed cold commissioning of 3 offshore platforms safely and on schedule Responsibilities: • Prepare test packages, as built drawings and commissioning check lists for dry commissioning of three offshore platforms (1 remote gas lifting, 1 gas processing, and 1 living quarter)

Achievements: - Completed commissioning of 2 gas sweetening trains safely and on schedule Responsibilities: • Provide support to the commissioning and operation team, including process troubleshooting during hot commissioning of the 4th and 5th phases of South Pars Natural Gas Complex (SPGC) gas sweetening and refineries
