Quand on trouve la réponse, on passe naturellement du leadership personnel au leadership collectif, et on insuffle une culture de leadership dans son entreprise. Aujourd'hui j'accompagne le développement du leadership individuel de chacun pour donnez aux autres l'envie de vous suivre. Avant de devenir coach exécutive en leadership, j’ai travaillé pendant 15 ans dans le secteur de la coopération internationale en Espagne et au Mexique. J’ai grandi près de Fontainebleau et étudié à l’EM Strasbourg, avec une spécialisation microfinance à la Solvay Business School de Bruxelles. Aujourd’hui, je suis coach certifiée ICF et Leadership Circle, un système qui révèle les secrets derrière les pratiques de leadership efficaces. J’aime profondément ce que je fais et j’interviens en français, espagnol et anglais. Mon mantra: Go with the gut, Own your vision, Inspire people and make the impossible, Possible !
