Supported the Alameda County Drug Court team in delivering a treatment-focused alternative to incarceration for individuals with substance use disorders. Gained exposure to diversion programs, treatment planning, and the intersection of mental health, addiction, and the legal system.

Lead the visual direction and layout strategy for a student-run lifestyle and culture publication, designing cohesive print issues through visual storytelling.

This lab prioritizes doing clinical research on externalizing and addiction mechanisms. I am specifically working on a Black EEG study that promotes more inclusivity in current EEG data for the black demographic as the study is focused on collecting higher-quality data on brain activity using several creative approaches. 

Project Reboot is a youth-led initiative focused on rebuilding real human connection in a digital age. Through conversation kits, club activities, and curated events, we help high school and college students foster deeper relationships, empathy, and mental wellness. Our mission is to give young people the tools and space to slow down, unplug, and truly connect one conversation at a time.

Focused on neurologic curriculum reform in the context of health equity while deepening my understanding of complex marketing logistics. Helped develop a comprehensive digital intervention platform focused on aiding individuals in their recovery from opioid addiction. The platform serves as a user-friendly, accessible resource offering various features, including: education modules, progress-tracking tools, and a recourse hub.

Using my proficiency in the Russian language, I have been able to help current MA students work for the museum. I have worked on two collections in particular, those being: The Shmuckler Collection (Soviet-Jewish archives) and Soviet Hippie collection.

While spending my summer in Vladivostok, Russia, I guided groups of people on scheduled tours, answered questions, pointed out important features, offered further details about special exhibits to educate visitors, and used my skill of knowing the Russian language to guide the tours.
