I am currently working at Middlesbrough College as Curriculum Team Leader in hair, beauty and catering. I hold 7 years hairdressing salon based experience working at Enricos hair design and Contemporary. I have 6 years teaching experience working at Middlesbrough college starting as a lecturer; moving into a coordination role for all level 2 hairdressing/ barbering provision and then progressing into the role of Curriculum Team Leader for Hair and beauty. Alongside my present role as curriculum team leader in Hairdressing I am also a Technical Lead Moderator, Independent End point Assessor and Principle Examiner I hold qualifications in: Level 3 Hairdressing Level 2 Nail technology Assessors and IQA award Foundation degree in leadership & management PGCE 2:1 BA HONS degree in Business Management
