With more than 1.3 GW of solar generation assets, Altus Power owns and operates a robust network that serves Fortune 1000 companies, municipalities, schools and households. As Chief Legal Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, I have a unique role in leading Altus Power's legal strategy for growing our portfolio of solar energy assets, which includes via acquisitions and mid- to late- stage development and structured financing activities. Previously, I was General Counsel at the Investors Exchange (IEX), where I led IEX through the highly scrutinized SEC approval process to become a national securities exchange. I also held senior legal positions at Liquidnet (acquired by TP ICAP) and NYSE: ITG (acquired by NASDAQ: VIRT) and spent several years as a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Paul Weiss. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, a JD from NYU School of Law, and am licensed to appear before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a CFA Charterholder.I am also Corporate Secretary of Altus Power and advise the Board on corporate governance matters. My experience spans clean energy, sustainability, finance, technology, financial services, market structure, regulatory affairs, legislative policy, intellectual property, litigation strategy, employment law and capital markets.
