Responsible for the management of the Business Systems team in the Energy and Resource Markets group within MBIE. This role led the implementation of a Service Desk tool, Time Recording system and a CRM for the group. Day to day the role involved the delivery of GIS services to the group and across MBIE, along with the ongoing improvements to the complex COTS product that administered NZ government's permitting regime for the surveying, exploring and mining of state owned minerals and pertroleum.

While the title for the role was Programme Manager, the role involved performing project management, management of the Support Team, account management to Inov8's major clients - both in government and the private sector and being a member of the management team.

The Head of Delivery role is responsible for the delivery of integration solutions/applications to clients and where required, ongoing monitoring, processing and support of their solution. The role is responsible for process, procedures and methodologies utilised by the Delivery Team along with the management of service delivery to clients by the Support Team who are on call 24 by 7.
