Sophia Morris brings 19+ years of healthcare staffing experience, with an extensive background in recruitment, account management, non clinical, per diem and locums staffing. Starting out as a recruiter and account manager herself, Sophia understands firsthand what’s needed to create a successful team and has dedicated her time and energy to growing Aya’s clinician base while ensuring Aya’s clients are managed and supported efficiently. Aya is a company that values continuous improvement and believes in providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Sophia epitomizes this philosophy and, in her role, identifies areas for improvement while defining a path to get there by problem solving through a collaborative approach. Throughout her tenure, she’s had a hand in a variety of initiatives that contributed to both the growth of the company and the satisfaction of employees, including developing new roles and defined promotion paths for her team, mentorship programs and the development of comprehensive training programs. Sophia loves being active and enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, reading, and spending time with her family.
