-Selected engineer to participate in a specialized training and factory visit in Changan China in September 2025, focusing on project launch and new model introduction. Gained best practices in EV/REEV ramp-up, SPS kitting, AGV logistics, 5G smart factory systems, and applied learnings to enhance Thailand operations. -Managed special parts inventory and tracked part availability to ensure uninterrupted production, minimizing production delays. -Managed warehouse operations, including material handling, sorting, and distribution, ensuring strict compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). -Conducted monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock takes, achieving and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy and providing detailed reports to management. -Implemented the PDCA method to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and improve overall warehouse efficiency. -Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure the regular maintenance of all warehouse equipment, including racks, hand lifts, and forklifts, to maintain operational safety and efficiency.

-New plant project team , plan and set up initial logistic system ,strategies and implement. -Manage and design logistic material flow process through basic of WH management & Lean concept for keep production line run smoothly. -Create plan for every part (PFEP) for current and new model phase. -Design WH Pull system and maintain. -Design WH layout , Storage , Part packaging. -Material Handling Tool & Equipment , Mobile Equipment planing. -WH manpower planning , Work load balancing and Route part supply balancing. -Providing technical support to Logistic floor team.

• Design & Manage material flow system to insure our system compliance with GMS Short Lead Time and Lean concept. • Co-ordinate & Lead cross functional team include inside and outside to solve the material flow problem to keep production line run smoothly. • Material flow preparation for new project. • Interfaces with suppliers, LOC and LLP and plant floor on material issues. • Responds to and resolves floor problems and Works with material supervisors, assists material handlers, route drivers, etc. • Updates PFEP database using current production information and changes – Sets buffer calculations (MAX/MIN) – Sets up new parts plan (DLOC/ULOC) – Updates pull system information

• Responsibility on New Model launching support. ( All new Mazda & Ford automotive.) • Coordinates and set up initial activities for designed warehouse layouts and material flow systems to support mass production. • Material handling process improvement and implements activities. • Managed warehouse and material handling operations, including inbound/outbound control and line-side supply. •Supported production continuity through effective inventory control and logistics coordination.
