● Designing new network solutions to meet the organization's requirements and objectives ● Assessing the current network infrastructure and identifying areas for improvement ● Continuously monitoring network performance and identifying bottlenecks or issues ● Creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies ● Collaborating with clients or internal teams to understand their business needs and goals ● Communicating technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders ● Managing vendor relationships and evaluating third-party solutions when necessary ● Pursuing relevant certifications and professional development opportunities in order to keep up with emerging networking technologies and industry trends

● Work closely with Business Development team to understand customer's requirements and pain points of current IT environment or infrastructure. ● Work closely with Business Development team for project RFP or RFQ - including building business case, TCO, migration readiness assessment, migration strategies and planning. ● Translate project-specific requirements into cloud infrastructure design - particularly AWS solutions that meets customer's requirements, as well as taking into account project's resource use and scalability requirements. ● Propose and assist with infrastructure migration strategies, such as application migration or modernization to the cloud. ● Provide technical review and identify the best cloud architecture options - based on AWS Well Architected Framework to help customer accomplish their strategic and business goals. ● Provide training and knowledge sharing to internal team.

● Single point of contact for network related topics in KL, Malaysia. ● Work with Network team in Singapore to make sure all network in Japan & APAC is up and running as per business requirement and expectation. ● Work on any network related incident ticket submitted in ServiceNow. ● Work on site build up & office expansion project around APAC, recently completed Beijing and Bangkok office move. ● Work with Global team for any project deployment in Japan & APAC - recently completed Cisco ISE network access control deployment. ● Conduct annual DR testing for Japan & APAC region ● Mainly working with Cisco devices (routing & switch, wireless and voice) and Palo Alto firewall.
