Lead and manage the testing and commissioning (T&C) of mechanical systems for data centers. Responsible for ensuring all mechanical installations operate in accordance with design intent, project specifications, and client requirements. Data Center Project Experience (Completed) • 20MW NVDIA Hybrid Liquid-Air Cooling Data Center • 40MW Alibaba Hybrid Liquid-Air Cooling Data Center (Phase 1) • 40MW Alibaba Hybrid Liquid-Air Cooling Data Center (Phase 2) Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute T&C activities for chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps, and HVAC systems supporting mission-critical environments. • Manage Integrated System Testing (IST) and performance verification under staged load conditions to validate cooling capacity, redundancy, and system stability. • Conduct functional and pressure tests, system balancing, and calibration for mechanical and control systems. • Coordinate with BMS, and controls teams to verify interlocks, sequencing, and alarms during system integration. • Review method statements, T&C procedures, and pre-functional checklists to ensure readiness prior to commissioning. • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures, leaks, or performance deviations, providing corrective and preventive actions. • Supervise vendors and subcontractors during site testing to ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and documentation requirements. • Support energy optimization initiatives including chiller sequencing, differential pressure tuning, and air flow performance checks. • Prepare comprehensive test reports, as-built documentation, and O&M handover packages. • Participate in limited solar project commissioning, focusing on auxiliary cooling and mechanical balance-of-plant systems. • Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement across all site teams. • Recognized for strong technical leadership and cross-discipline commissioning coordination.

· Testing, Commissioning and Handling Over Progressly for Electrified Double Track from Gemas to Johor Bahru. · Directed project management activities for the design, construction, supply, installation, completion, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the 4MW Power Seraya Solar Project in Singapore.

· Participated in external tender works such as MRT3, 600MW EMA Singpore Solar Project, Power Seraya 4MW Singapore Solar Project and Large Scale Solar 5. · Design, Construction, Supply, installation, Completion, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of 1MW ERL Station Solar Project · Design and Planning for 500MW Large Solar Scale for YTL Kulai Data Center. · Testing, Commissioning

· Design, Construction, Supply, installation, Completion, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrified Double Track from Gemas to Johor Bahru. · Led utilities relocation and station site implementation works, ensuring that site activities align with project drawings and are completed according to the project schedule. · Reviewed and provided feedback on shop drawings and as-built drawings submitted by subcontractors. · Coordinated with authorities, design consultants, and subcontractors for drawing submissions, material approvals, and handover documentation. · Managed staging works for utilities relocation alongside other infrastructure tasks and station M&E implementation. · Possess a solid understanding of infrastructure, utilities, and M&E building station works
