• Secure subcontractors’ capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment. • Enable new subcon sites according to IFX supply chain process. • Long term forecast (Business scenario/scenario planning): o Review flexibility (subcon to subcon split) in alignment with quarterly rationalization results. o Aligning new product or make/buy decision with PUR & BE OPC. o Work closely with Biz Div in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap. • Near / Mid-term forecast (production program): o Review and define Bottle neck in IFX planning system (SPL_UI). o Secure and update capacity in IFX planning system (SPL_UI). o Quarterly loading rationalization to optimize cost. o Align with internal stakeholders for non-turnkey production flow. o Work with Biz Div on outlook and allocation if needed • Escalation management on capacity issue at subcon. • Consigned capacity optimization. • Interface to Biz Div on productivity project @OSAT.
