- Help improve the quality and safety of online contents - Review contents within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality - Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions or recommendations - Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues that may affect the delivery of work in a timely manner - Investigate, escalate and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system
