About

I am Sonja Aletter. I’ve enjoyed over 20 years of experience in aviation, information technology and operations. My journey in the industry started at Fairchild Dornier in 1996 and I'm proud to have held several leadership positions along the way. I was the first female director at M7 Aerospace and was responsible for overseeing various operational functions of the company, including accounting, inventory management, and technical support for the Management Information System for Aviation (MISA) software. In 2009, I joined IT Aviation Solutions and continued to guide MISA until its acquisition by SkedFlex in 2019. I am now the COO at eTT. I oversee all operational functions of the company. My role includes strategic planning, policies and procedures, organizational structure, budget planning and tracking, new customer and project implementations, training, project management, quality assurance, customer support, product improvement, and major technical aspects of the entire Air Operations Suite. In addition to my role as COO, I am also a member of the Board of Directors at SkedFlex and SkedFlex's EOS implementer. My BA and MBA have been instrumental in helping me grow as a professional and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to improve. I enjoy living in Spokane, Washington, and find that time outdoors is a great re-set!

A few of my accomplishments at M7: • Wrote the past performance volume for a winning Government proposal.
