During the past 17+ years, I have had the privilege of working in different areas of the localization industry both on the service side and on the client side. I started out as an in-house software translator, spent a few years working as a Sr. project manager and I have experience working closely with R&D teams and technical writers to develop tools and localization/internationalization best practices to streamline localization processes upstream. The last few years, I have led large, global project management and vendor management teams which has required both strategic and HR awareness.
