I am responsible for multiple disciplines including Cybersecurity Testing and Continuous Posture Monitoring, Incident Detection and Response, and the architecture and management of footprint of tools used within Cybersecurity. My scope and role is global and includes delivering services to the IT footprint, in addition to decentralized technology teams. These include manufacturing system support teams, ADI’s Engineering Enablement group, Cloud Product Solutions teams, and Central AI and Data. Responsibilities also include ensuring continued alignment with industry, regulatory, and customer compliance standards.

Member of the Court (Non-Executive Member, Digital Technology). The Court is the governing body of the University and is responsible for determining our overall strategic direction. The role of Intelligence Specialist is a key position within the Cyber Defence Operations Centre which functions to protect Vodafone customers from global cyber risk.

Responsible for the effective delivery and assurance of counter intelligence training in line with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT). Coached and developed Defence trainers including routine management of internal portfolios and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Ensured all training was compliant and in line with Joint Service Publication 822 and local JITG policy. Evaluated programming and scheduling in order to resource training activity. Liaised with and supported other training services and internal stakeholders. Conducted post-course discussions and captured feedback via internal validation reports. Identified training deficiencies and managed risks to the trained output

Intelligence Officer: Managed investigations about threats to national security and made critical judgements about the use of limited resources. Worked collaboratively with law enforcement agencies and foreign intelligence partners whilst collating, analysing and aggregating information which was crucial in maintaining the safety and security of operations. Security Operations Centre Manager: Required to be fully informed of the national surveillance picture whilst managing covert assets Mobile Surveillance Team Leader and Instructor: Responsible for managing covert surveillance deploy-ments whilst managing and maintaining the welfare of surveillance officers

Responsible for providing evidence in criminal cases by representing the market leader in the supply of forensic science services with impartiality and credibility. Presented complex scientific information in a clear and simple way. Logical, unbiased and methodical when problem solving. Liaised with police business partners to formulate forensic strategies. Reviewed and supervised the work of laboratory assistants whilst ensuring all work to be contemporaneous. Examined minute contact traces such as hair, fibres, blood and other bodily fluids. Demonstrated a good understanding of UK legal proceedings within differing courts. Underwent rigorous court-room training and learning to justify findings in a cross examination scenario.

Designed to develop professionals who can effectively manage and exploit the threats and opportunities of cyberspace at the organisational level. The course specifically focuses on responses to serious present and emerging threats in the information domain.
