(Report to: Head of Global Research Syngenta Group Crop Protection; President of Syngenta Group China) - As member of global Crop Protection Research (CPR) LT, lead Crop Protection innovation strategy in China; establish and lead CPR China team and Global CP China R&D center project. - Lead external research collaborations with 3rd party companies and academics, including national institutes, and top universities, focusing on agrochemicals and biologicals. - Explore new technology tools and products, e.g., AI, genome sequencing/engineering, phenotyping, automation, drones, natural extracts, microbial agents and synthetic biology products, to address regenerative agriculture and ESG challenges, e.g., green pesticide, GHG emission, plant & soil health, saline-alkalization, etc. - As member of Syngenta Group China (SGC) LT, coordinate global and SGC cross-BU R&D collaboration, established SGC biologicals strategy, set up China R&D community. - Coordinate Syngenta Group Global R&D collaboration and alignment with SGC and Sinochem Holdings (SCH) Science and Technology departments. Set up SCH Central Academy Crop Protection and Nutrition Research center and execute projects on talent development, external collaboration, and technology trends etc. - Liaison science and technology global and China R&D collaboration projects with China/EU government funding, support national lab and national/provincial projects applications. （*Syngenta Group Crop Protection headquarter is in Switzerland and Syngenta Group is wholly owned by Sinochem Holdings.）

(Report to: Baxter Global R&D VP of Pharmaceutical Science and Engineering/ Chief Science and Technology Officer/ VP Renal R&D; Baxter Greater China GM) • As Global R&D and China Leadership Team member, lead China R&D Strategy, lead drug and medical device new product development (NPD) and relevant clinical trial, registration, launch and post-market technical support. Lead Geo-Expansion, Localization and Tech Transfer projects with global resource. Extend pipeline by internal/external collaborations, support business development. • Lead Baxter to collaborate with NMPA, CHP, industry associations and research institutes; participate in technical guidelines and standards development; increase Baxter industry influence. • Manage Suzhou site operations, budget, projects, and headcounts; Lead R&D transformation; Lead Suzhou R&D to support Global BU, Manufacturing and cross functions in NPD, product life cycle management, and innovations. As industry expert and member of the CHP, USP and CNPPA, participate in international exchange and collaborations with NMPA (CDE/CMDE), CHP, inspection institutions, and CNPPA: joining research projects, co-authoring/translating publications, speaking at international conferences. (Report to: Baxter Global R&D VP of Pharm. Science and Engineering; Baxter Greater China GM) • Lead the global Process Development team (located in US, EU, and China), working with MFG plants in different regions to develop processes (e.g. form-fill-seal) for pharmaceutical injectable products (for General IV, Renal, Nutrition, ICU etc.), leading process standardization, product life cycle management, and tech transfers to global manufacturing plants in North/Latin America, Europe, APAC and China. • Lead China R&D for NPD, in-market product support and innovation; support global R&D projects.

(Report to: Baxter Global R&D VP of Pharmaceutical Science and Engineering) • Establish Suzhou R&D as Baxter Global R&D footprint in China, lead building and construction, facility, and quality system set-up. Recruit team members and build global R&D local functions and support global R&D projects. • Establish and lead the China R&D material and container team, develop new container products, and transfer global products, build industry leadership position for Baxter in the fields of extractable and leachable, container-drug compatibility and safety assessment.

(Report to: Baxter APAC VP of Manufacturing) • Lead Asia Pacific MFG programs, including capital investment, material localization, cost reduction, technology transfer, new product, and new technology introduction. Lead the APAC Technical Center to support MFG plants technical projects.

(Report to: 3M OSD APAC R&D Director) • Develop new products for LCD back-film applications focusing on consumer electronics, provide technical support to 3M OSD business in China and maintain global collaborations. Explore innovative solutions of new materials and technologies in display industry.

(Report to: Baxter APAC VP Manufacturing) • Set up and lead the Plastics COE (center of excellence) for material and drug packaging products, support new products, material localization and cost reduction. Lead Intravenous non-PVC platform development and technology transfer.

(Report to: GE Plastics Global R&D CPP Director; GE Plastics R&D China Director) • Lead Crystalline Polymer Product (CPP) team to develop new formulations and applications of polycarbonate and polyester resins/blends and provide technical support to Asia Pacific business.
