I'm responsible for leading and directing the sales team at Rayong branch office. I do sales function by giving value add to the customers. At the same time, I like to train, develop, and motivate junior sale in my team. Additionally, I'm doing more to implement strategies in the Chemical and petrochemical industry, planning all activities into Top accounts and customers in the area, and managing the sale pipeline from CRM/sales force to growth revenues.
