Maintain legal calendar & ensure 100% compliance. • Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management: Formulation, Implementation, Review & updating of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management system in order to achieve objectives set by EHS Policy. • Operational Risk Management: Identification, Evaluation, Elimination & control of potential/existing risk/hazards likely to cause injury to personnel & damage to machine/ equipment/building for Accident/Incident prevention & Total loss control. Job profile: Legal Compliance: • Assist plant personal to comply with various legal requirements and facilitate for the legal formalities. • Monitor the status of statutory compliance and assist the plant team in ensuring HSE compliance. Safety Training Programs: • Training need identification & preparation of Annual training plan • Employees and Contractors Induction Training Safety Promotional Activity: • Organizing Safety Exhibitions and various Safety Contest • Celebration of Safety Day, Environment Day, Earth Day, Fire service day etc. • Display of Safety Signages and Safety Posters • Hazard Reporting & Near Miss Reporting by the employees Internal Audit: • Carry out Internal audit pertaining to OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 50001, BSC. • Support asset in maintaining ISO: 14001-2004 and OSHAS 18001 standards.
