As a member of an organization, My primary task is to contribute to a Human Resource Management role where I can add value by managing strategic and operational processes within an organization. I strongly believe that my ability as an HR and an individual with my strong interpersonal skills allow me to make a significant difference in the company and ultimately impact lives positively while utilize my skills at its best for the growth of an organization & myself too. I have successfully hired, trained, and retained qualified and diverse candidates, supported the performance management and employee engagement initiatives, and facilitated the compliance and legal aspects of HR.
