As an HR Intern at TestUnity (A Unit of Mindekk Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), I am gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and talent management. My responsibilities include: Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Managing job postings across multiple platforms and engaging with potential candidates. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and maintaining employee records. Collaborating with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Learning and applying ATS tools, HR policies, and compliance practices. This internship allows me to strengthen my interpersonal, organizational, and people management skills while working in a dynamic hybrid work culture.

• Assisted in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. • Managed interview scheduling between candidates and interview panels, ensuring timely follow-ups. • Maintained candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports using Excel. • Supported onboarding processes, including document verification and joining formalities. • Drafted HR documents, internal emails, and reports to support HR operations. • Collaborated with HR team on daily administrative tasks and process improvements.

• Supported marketing and sales teams by creating daily WhatsApp and email communication calendars. • Assisted in content ideation and drafting promotional messages to improve customer engagement. • Gained exposure to customer communication, branding, and real-time campaign execution.
