• Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Create and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry standards. Ensure policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations in India. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation. • Risk Management: Identify potential health, safety, and environmental risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify areas for improvement. • Training and Development: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE practices through awareness campaigns and workshops. • Incident Management: Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis. Implement corrective actions and ensure follow-up to prevent recurrence. • Environmental Management: Oversee environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Develop and manage sustainability programs to minimize the organization’s environmental footprint. • Safety Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular safety audits across all locations to ensure compliance and identify gaps. Prepare and present detailed reports on HSE performance, metrics, and KPIs to senior management. • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness. • Vendor and Contractor Management: Ensure that vendors and contractors comply with HSE standards. Conduct HSE assessments of third-party service providers. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest HSE trends, technologies, and regulations.

• Providing technical support for renewals, submission, filling of returns/ licenses • Maintain knowledge of all applicable corporate, central, state and local health and safety regulatory requirements • Establish and communicate the company EHS policy, objectives, targets, responsibility & accountability across all the units and ensure their alignment • Inspecting machinery, equipment and workplaces & ensuring suitable protective equipment, such as hearing protection, dust pollution protection, PPE are provided and is being used correctly • Surveying designs of new projects & plant modifications, ensuring that all safety requirements are included and providing recommendations accordingly

• Reporting to Management and statutory bodies in matters related to Dangerous Occurrences/ Incidents/ Accidents • Conducting Safety Surveillance Audits • Ensuring effective implementation of Work Permit System • Organizing Safety Committee Meetings • Preparing Safety Training Modules and organizing Safety Training Programs • Recording and Investigation of Incidents in factory and finding out Root Cause Analysis

• Safety Representative.
