• Assisting management with corrective action and performance management • Providing support to employees and initiate counselling plans in accordance to the performance and behavioral severity grid • Identifying areas of improvement and timely execute Employee Surveys and subsequent actions for improvement • Attrition prediction and analysis

- Engaged in the overall recruitment process and executed the action plan for hiring the candidate for the various sales role. - Understanding & analyzing the job description developed for the sales profile. - Sourcing the candidate through Job Portal. - Analyzing the results of Recruiter Kart and AMCAT test. - Explored the functionality part of TDA, by developing understanding on the training program designed for new joiners & existing team members. - Learnt the formulation of basis the feedback of trainer & trainees is captured.
